At TheAdornEffect, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are FINAL once the package has been opened or used.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only available in the rare event that a mistake was made on our end (e.g., incorrect item sent). While this is highly unlikely, if such an issue occurs, we will address it promptly.

Please note that all product details are clearly provided beforehand, including cap sizes, density, lace type, and other specifications. We strongly encourage customers to carefully read product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure the selected item meets their expectations.
