 Order Processing

All orders require up to 4 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.

• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or holidays are beyond our control

 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Please check for any apartment, floor, or unit numbers

TheAdornEffect is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

• Delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TheAdornEffect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
